The 2008 league season will begin on May 13 with Pee Wee & Pony games. May 19 for Squirts and Wee Wee's with no games on May 26.

Fan Behavior Policy

Cass County Sports Department is asking for your cooperation as a spectator. We want everyone to feel confortable enjoying activies, to have fun and learn in an environment that is positive and free of stress.

Specific Guidelines

  1. Encourage your children during games/practices.
  2. Keep comments positive
  3. Leave coaching to the coaches. (You may be asking your child to do something the coach has told them not to do.)
  4. Take any constructive comment to the coach, who may approach the site supervisor at the end of the game. Do not interrupt the game.
  5. Be good examples of good sportmanship for our children to model.
  6. Criticizing the officials will not be allowed.
  7. Negative behavior toward the opposing team will not be allowed.
  8. Do not do or say anything that you would not want your child to do or say. (You are a role model for children).
  9. Help us make this a positive/fun experience for both teams.
  10. Coaches are responsible for fan behavior.

Policy Enforcement

  1. Individual maybe given a warning for inappropriate behavior.
  2. Individual may be asked to leave the game(s) and may be asked not to return for other youth sports activitites.
  3. Other sanctions as deemed necessary may be enforced by League Commissioners.
